Cloudflare provides content delivery, security, and ordinary edge-level service analytics. Browser-side Cloudflare analytics is currently disabled. Cloudflare may still process technical request and security information as part of delivering and protecting the site.

If browser-side analytics is enabled later, we will review its data practices and update this policy and consent controls as needed.

Google Search Console and Google Analytics

We use Google Search Console to understand how our website appears in Google Search, identify technical issues, and monitor search performance.

Our website also has Google Site Kit connected to Google Analytics 4. However, Google Analytics public-page tracking is currently disabled.

If we enable additional Google Analytics tracking in the future, we will update this policy and implement any required consent controls before activating that processing.

Choosing an analytics category in the cookie banner does not currently activate Google Analytics page tracking.

Our consent banner lets visitors accept, deny, or choose optional categories. You can reopen the choices using the Manage consent control on the website. Optional choices are not selected in advance. Your choice is stored in consent cookies so the site can remember it; you can change or withdraw it later. Essential cookies and processing needed to run or secure the site may still occur.

5. Contact Form and Email Communications

When you contact us through the website, the information you submit is used to process your request and send a response.

Contact form submissions are sent to an administrator mailbox hosted by Google. This mailbox is separate from the public privacy contact address above. Google may process the message as the mailbox provider. WordPress sends these messages through the hosting server's PHP mail transport; the hosting and mail-delivery systems may process information needed to deliver them.

Our contact form also uses a short-lived technical anti-spam measure derived from the request IP address to limit repeated submissions. The rate-limiting record expires after approximately five minutes.

Contact correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, maintain appropriate records, and resolve related issues.

6. Free Downloads and Educational Resources

SellPatterns offers free educational materials, including printable sewing-pattern checklists and PDF print-scale exercises.

Our currently available free downloads do not require you to register, provide an email address, or make a purchase.

If we introduce optional email subscriptions, resource registration, or other data-collection features, we will provide appropriate information and update this policy.

Google: Search Console and connected site administration services.

WordPress and related software, including Complianz and WP Consent API: Website publishing, content management, and consent preferences.

Email providers: Delivery and storage of contact-form correspondence, including the Google-hosted administrator mailbox. The public privacy address uses the domain's configured mail routing.

These providers may process technical or personal information in countries outside Morocco, depending on their infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

The location of processing and any applicable transfer protections depend on each provider's current arrangements and the law that applies to the particular processing.

9. How Long We Keep Information

Contact messages may remain in the administrator's mailbox while an inquiry and related follow-up are handled. Hosting, Cloudflare, and email providers may keep technical records under their respective settings.

Retention depends on the purpose of the information and the settings of the relevant provider. You may contact us to ask about information that we control or to request deletion where applicable.

Visitors may request deletion of information held by the operator where applicable; some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
